Applications will open in late January.

Timeline for Applicants

Late January, 2025: Applications open! Submit your application and $30 fee. We encourage you to apply early. 
Feb 1, 2025: Rolling acceptances begin. To secure placement in the conference, we require a 50% deposit within two weeks of receiving an offer.
By March 15, 2025: Scholarship application deadline
By April 15, 2025: Application deadline
By May 1, 2025: Submit the remaining balance.

All participants must attend the full conference, and must be at least eighteen years of age.
All fees must be paid in full before the conference begins. 
 

Required Materials

  • Writing Sample: up to 30 pages of prose or 20 pages of poetry; for the Jumpstarter Workshop, provide a short description of what you will be working on.
  • Program Selection
  • Scholarship application (if applicable): description of the project, need, and what you will bring to the conference.
