    More than 110 aspiring and published authors — alumni, parents, students, employees, local residents, and visitors from across the country — were on campus in June for the 27th annual Colgate Writers Conference. The event was spearheaded by Associate Professor of English Jennifer Brice, with assistance from four undergraduate Creative Fellows.

    The New York Six Liberal Arts Consortium, including Colgate University, has been awarded a $1.5 million grant by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to create the NY6 Mellon Academic Leadership Fellows Program.

  • The Colgate cyclists in Albany after their 39-hour journey
    A Colgate group with an interest in cycling and grueling adventure took on the Erie Canalway Trail on April 23. The 365-mile course from Albany to Buffalo is a big draw for bicyclists of all abilities, although only the most ambitious will attempt the entire trail in one shot.
