The Nominating, Governance and Trustee Development Committee is responsible for the ongoing identification, cultivation and nomination of Colgate’s trustees and for nomination of board officers and Executive Committee positions as provided in the by-laws. It is also responsible for recommending to the full board policies and procedures that ensure the board is following best practices in all areas of board work and furthering the mission of the University.
