This information contained in this handbook applies to the academic year 2026–2027. The policies contained herein are effective as of July 1, 2026, and apply from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027; however, this handbook is not to be regarded as a contract between the student and the University, and the University reserves the right to change requirements, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations set forth in this handbook without prior notice, in accordance with established procedures or where required by state and federal laws.
