I joined Colgate in December of 2014 as the new daytime Help Desk Technician. I moved to Hamilton several years ago from Woodbury, New York where I grew up. Since moving, I've worked in both Level 1 and Level 2 help desk roles in businesses throughout the Central New York area. While the pursuit of technology is my professional ambition, I followed my personal passions to SUNY Purchase where I completed the Studio Composition program and obtained my Bachelor of Music degree. When I’m not answering calls at the Help Line, you can find me performing, writing, and recording music in the community.
