7:30 p.m. - Sixth Annual Schaehrer Memorial Lecture by Fredrik Logevall on "The Meaning of the Vietnam War"

Friday, September 19

Picker Art Gallery

On the occasion of its public reopening, the Picker Art Gallery at Colgate University is pleased to announce the opening of two exhibitions of works by groundbreaking American artists Diane Arbus and Richard Serra, on loan from the collections of John Pelosi ’85 and Susan Manly Pelosi ’85, and Paul J. Schupf ’58. The exhibitions open September 18, 2014, at 5 p.m. and will run through January 10, 2015.

Tailgate Tents

A limited number of 20x20 tents are available for alumni and student groups to reserve. Alumni groups may secure a tent for a $200 fee; student groups without an existing alumni structure may secure a tent for a $50 fee. Tent reservation includes 2 tables, 10 chairs, and trash/recycling receptacles.

To request a tent for your group or solicit more information, please email alumni@colgate.edu with:
  • Your name
  • Your class year
  • Group affiliation
  • Estimated group size
Every effort will be made to accommodate interested parties but a request does not guarantee a tent reservationRequests must be received no later than Friday, September 5 and will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be received by Monday, September 15.
