About Medieval and Renaissance Studies

We offer you the opportunity to pursue a minor in medieval and renaissance studies.

Our studies span the humanities and social sciences, covering history, art, literature, music, philosophy, science, and religion from the fourth century to the 17th century.

The program is broadly interdisciplinary, and encourages you to make connections between your various academic interests and the rich historical and cultural past of the Medieval and Renaissance periods.
