Tents will be open beginning at 3 p.m. on Thursday and 11 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Tents will stop serving alcohol at midnight on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

All reunion attendees staying in campus housing must their return room keys before departing campus. On Friday and Saturday, keys may be returned to Reunion Headquarters between the hours of 8 a.m. and midnight. On Sunday, keys may be returned between 8 a.m. and noon at Donovan’s Pub, and lock boxes located outside select residential halls.

In order to get credit for returning your key, please place key(s) in an envelope with your name and phone number. Failure to return keys prior to departing campus will result in a $150 locksmith charge. Keys must be returned before noon on Sunday and cannot be mailed back to campus. On-demand vehicle and golf cart transportation originate in front of James C. Colgate Hall (Student Union). To make special arrangements, visit the Transportation Tent located outside the Student Union or call 315-228-7781.

The Cruiser makes regular stops at James C. Colgate Hall (Student Union), downtown (Colgate Inn and Colgate Bookstore), Hotel One75, and College Street apartments. For live tracking, download the Colgate app from the App Store or Google Play.

Clearly designated, legal parking spaces on campus are available on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition to the spaces available on campus, reunion attendees can follow parking signs to the general parking lot off Broad Street, adjacent to Tyler’s Field and behind Community Memorial Hospital. Overflow parking is available on the RV/ Tent field behind Andy Kerr Stadium (accessed from College Street across from Newell Apartments). Whenever possible, please take advantage of the Colgate Cruiser and/or our shuttle service, which originates in front of James C. Colgate Hall (Student Union).

Under New York State law, persons under the age of 21 cannot purchase or be served alcoholic beverages. The University requests that everyone conform to the letter of the law. Beer and wine are provided in the tents until midnight. There will be cash bars offering mixed drinks in the main tent on the field. Please note that law prohibits the possession and/or consumption of an open container of alcohol in public places and within vehicles, including vehicles driven by our student staff.

Keep your access pass with you all weekend. Staff and alumni want to know your name. Your access pass also grants you access to Tent City

Alumni and guests registered for the Full Weekend option will have meal tickets provided at registration. Please present the appropriate ticket upon entrance to each meal. Attendees under age 21 are invited to accompany their parents/guardians to all meals, with the exception of Saturday’s dinner.

Hot breakfast will be served in the COOP (O’Connor Campus Center) and Hall of Presidents (James C. Colgate Hall) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:30–10:00 a.m. Limited on-the-go options available at Chobani at the Hieber Café (Case-Geyer Library).

Saturday evening class and special anniversary receptions are open to those attendees age 21 and over. Attendees are asked to present meal tickets at the entrance to their dinner.

We strive to accommodate common dietary restrictions and provide clear labeling for those with food allergies. Food will be labeled at each meal to indicate whether it is vegetarian or vegan, or if it includes any common allergens. If you need assistance or have any questions, please speak to on-site catering staff or the staff in Reunion Headquarters.

A list of babysitters is available at the registration desk in Donovan’s Pub, James C. Colgate Hall (Student Union).

To meet the needs of nursing parents, or to accommodate personal/ medical needs, a dedicated space is available in James C. Colgate Hall. Please inquire at Reunion Headquarters.
