The SMART (Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation) Scholarship-for-Service Program is a 1.5- to 5-year fully-funded scholarship for students pursuing an undergraduate or advanced STEM degree.
Applicants must be:
a citizen of the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or United Kingdom at time of application
18 years of age or older as of August 1, 2025
able to complete at least one summer internship at a DoD facility
