Hamilton, NY — The Patriot League men’s tennis postseason pairing were announced and Colgate will face Army at 2 p.m. in the first round, while American hosts Navy at 9 a.m. in the other semi-final matchup.
American, Army and Colgate finished the regular season with matching 5-1 records and after a series of tiebreakers, American was named the host school for the tournament. The Eagles earned the right to host because they hold a small advantage over Army and Colgate in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) rankings.
The Raiders finished the regular season 12-7 and 5-1 in the Patriot League. Colgate defeated both Navy and American during the regular season, but fell to Army.
