The No. 9 Colgate men’s lacrosse team won its first-ever NCAA Tournament game on Saturday, beating UMass 13-11 at Garber Field
The Raiders were able to come back from a five-goal deficit to tie the game before they took their first lead in the fourth quarter.
The Raiders now advance to the second round where they will face No. 3 Duke, which beat Syracuse 12-9 earlier today. The teams will play at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 20, at PPL Park in Philadelphia. The contest will be televised live on ESPNU and ESPN3.com.
