Hamilton – Petar Boskovic, the former Ambassador of Yugoslavia to Cyprus, and a longtime expert on Serbian foreign affairs, will speak at Colgate University on ‘Kosovo and the Albanian Question’ on Wednesday, April 7, at 7:30 p.m. in the Ho Lecture Room in Lawrence Hall. This event is sponsored by Colgate’s Peace Studies Program.
As an informed speaker on Yugoslavia’s internal problems and foreign affairs, Ambassador Boskovic has participated in many seminars and lecture tours at home and abroad. He has written two books on changing society in Europe and more than 200 articles for the press, mostly in Yugoslavia. He is being brought to Colgate by Dr. Theodore Herman, Professor Emeritus of Geography at Colgate and now a consultant to the Balkan Peace Studies Center in Skopje, Macedonia.
