Hamilton, NY — The Native American studies department at Colgate University is sponsoring a lecture presented by Dr. Eric Blinman. Blinman, assistant director in the Office of Archaeological Studies at the Museum of New Mexico, will discuss ‘An Exquisite Diversity: Ancestral Foundations of Southwestern Cultures’ on Monday, October 28, at 7:30 p.m. in the ALANA Cultural Center. The lecture is open to the public and free of charge.
Blinman has done extensive archaeological research throughout New Mexico and especially in the Northern Rio Grande area. He supports forging stronger ties between conservators and archaeologists. Blinman is also an accomplished potter.
