Hamilton, NY — Poet Pamela Stewart will give a reading from her work as part of Colgate University’s Spring Poetry Series on Thursday, March 2, at 4:30 p.m. in the Ho Lecture Room, Lawrence Hall. The reading is free and open to the public.
A former Guggenheim Fellow (1982-83), Stewart is the author of five books, including The Red Window (Univ. of Georgia Press, 1997) and Infrequent Mysteries (Alice James Books, 1991). Her work has also been published in numerous chapbooks, anthologies and magazines. In addition, Stewart has taught poetry at such schools as Arizona State University, University of Arizona, University of Houston, and the Summer Writers’ Conference at The Johns Hopkins University.
