The end of the academic year means award season at Colgate, where students and faculty receive recognition for their hard work.
At the 4th annual Sustainability Awards, the university celebrated students, staff, and faculty who were recognized for their efforts to make campus a more sustainable and environmentally friendly place.
The winners were:
- Ranissa Adityavarman ’16 (SGA) and Elisabeth Muehlemann ’14 (Clean Water Coalition) for Best Sustainable Collaborative Project
- Kathryn Bacher ’14 and Skylar Lindsay ’15 for Most Embodying Sustainability
- EcoCampus for Green Group of the Year
- Cris Amann for Greenest Staff Member
- Jasmine Bailey for Greenest Faculty Member
- Matt Baumbach ’14 for Greatest Impact on Sustainability
- Jenna Glat ’14 for Leadership in Sustainability
- Sara Reese ’16 and Sammi Leroy ’14 for Best Sustainable Research Project
- Ellen Gronseth ’15 for Greek Sustainability Chair of the Year
