July Responsibilities
Health Services and Student Accounts - Due July 1
Immunization and Health Forms: Please send through your Patient Portal account, if you have not yet activated your portal, please call Student Health Services at 315-228-7750 for your activation code or send an email to studenthealth@colgate.edu giving Student Health Services consent to send you your activation code.
TouchNet (Student Account) Authorized Users
Designate a parent, guardian or other as an authorized user to your student account, which will allow them to receive e-billing notifications, view student account information, and make payments on your behalf.
Trainings - Due July 17
Getting Ready for Your New Home
You will soon be introduced to your Residential Commons, learn your housing placement, and receive information about your roommate(s), if applicable. The Residential Commons program is a major component of your educational experience. One main aspect of a residential campus is living in community with others and for learning to occur outside the classrooms and in your residence hall. We are currently reviewing your housing preference form, and you will soon know which commons you will call home, and who your roommate(s) will be.

If you would like trusted individuals, such as parents or guardians, to have access to your academic information, you may designate them here.
Enroll or Waive: Student Health Insurance Decision
Domestic Students are required to enroll or waive student health insurance before August 1. Students who do not waive will be enrolled in Colgate’s health insurance plan.
Fall Term Student Account Payment Deadline
Make your fall payment through TouchNet. Students may make a payment or an authorized TouchNet user may make a payment. Should you have concerns about making your payment for the fall semester, the Office of Student Accounts can support you at stuaccounts@colgate.edu.

Arrival Day - August 25
Arrival Day is quickly approaching! We are looking forward to welcoming you and your supporters to campus to kickoff your Colgate experience. You may arrive between 9:00 a.m. and noon EDT on August 25 to begin your move-in and check-in process.
You will be greeted by many smiling faces in Arrival Day shirts who will direct you where to drive, drop off your belongings, park, and how to get to your residence hall.
Arrival Day will include brunch for all attendees, a parent and family orientation for your supporters, and a large welcome gathering to jumpstart your Orientation.
