The first Colgate interdepartmental backyard Olympics were a success. Teams from nine departments ranging from admissions to economics took part. The team from ITS, "Gaggle of Geeks," were the overall winners, taking home six medals and beating Athletics in a game of tug of war. University Printing came in second with five medals while Athletics brought home three.
