Should you need assistance after 5 p.m. you can still call BRiDGES at 315-697-3947. You may leave a message and your call will be returned during regular business hours. Evening appointments are available by appointment only. In the event of a crisis Behavioral Health Telemedicine through Excellus and HigherED EAP are available 24/7, please see below to contact them. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.

Update to user registration and login process for the Self-Help Resources Center.
We wanted to alert you that on the evening of Wednesday, April 2, we upgraded the EAP user registration and login process for our Self-Help Resource Center. Our goals for the changes were to make sign-up and login more user-friendly, to give users more control, and to increase security.
Some of the changes made include:
For New Users:
- New registration form with better instructions for the fields.
- Email entered on the registration form will be validated by clicking on a link that is sent to that address.
- Once the email is verified, users will be able to log in using their username OR email address tied to their account.
For Existing Users:
- Prompt to provide an email address and verify it the first time they sign in. If you’ve forgotten your username or password, contact us for assistance. You can reach out for username and password help ahead of the update — you don’t need to wait.
- Once the email is verified, users will be able to log in using their username OR email address tied to their account.
- Password changes will be handled via a link to the user’s email instead of the current Security Q&A. You will need to have a verified email address on your account before you can use the automated password reset.
- If you currently have your login for our site saved in a password manager or your web browser, that will not automatically pop up after the change and will require you to update the saved entry.
New Profile page:
- After signing in, you can update your first or last name, email, and password using the new profile link in the upper left corner.
