My research is in urban economics (housing and real estate), economic demography, and labor economics. My research answers questions about the distributional effects of land use policies, the political economy of housing regulations, and the distributional effects of new housing development.

I teach Urban Economics, Applied Econometrics, and the Seminar on Urban Economics.
