Academic Adjustments/Accommodations
If you are an incoming student who is not yet registered with our office but would like to request academic adjustments/accommodations, please complete the academic adjustments/accommodations request. Along with your request, please be prepared to upload current documentation. Depending on the nature of the condition, students are asked to provide sufficient and complete documentation from their medical provider, psychologist, former academic institution, and/or other appropriate professionals. Keep in mind that policies and practices may be quite different from what you experienced in high school or another institution you attended previously.
Accessible Housing
