Group exercise classes in the ’Gate Fitness program are open to those at all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced — everybody fits.

The fitness classes in the ’Gate Fitness program are open to all Colgate students, faculty, and staff and Trudy Fitness Center members. 

Non-Colgate participants, including Trudy Fitness Center members, should contact curecreation@colgate.edu for information.

Class Schedule

’Gate Fitness classes run during each academic semester as allowed.

 

Spring 2025 classes run Monday, February 3 through Thursday, May 8.
*You can register for the class, or classes, weekly or drop-in.

Registration fees for non-Colgate participants: $15/ Class
