Purchases of equipment are guided by the Colgate University Purchasing Policies and Procedures. Contact the Purchasing Department (315-228-7838) for assistance with procuring price quotes, possible discounts, and the specific procurement requirements for federally funded projects.
For advice about selecting computer, audiovisual equipment and software, contact the ITS Service Desk (315-228-7111). They will direct you to staff who will help you determine if your equipment can be integrated into Colgate's existing computing systems.
Facilities Alterations
For assistance in developing a cost estimate for minor construction or utilities alterations, contact the Facilities Department (315-228-7130). Allow 2–3 weeks for estimates.
