Affirmative Action Policies

We are committed to policies of affirmative action designed to increase the employment of minorities, women, persons with disabilities, disabled veterans, and veterans of the Vietnam era.

The university is committed to treating all members of the university community in an equitable manner. We will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, age (as provided for in federal and New York state laws), marital status, sexual orientation, or status as a disabled veteran of the Vietnam era.

All faculty and staff who are involved in recruiting, hiring, supervising, promoting, or terminating any university employee are responsible for upholding the university's affirmative action and non-discrimination policies.
