International Student Orientation (ISO)

Wednesday, August 22 - Saturday, August 25
International Student Orientation (ISO) is an exciting experience designated to prepare you for life at Colgate as an international student. ISO is strongly recommended for all international students, including student-athletes and students from Canada. 

Following international student orientation, you will join the rest of the Class of 2022 for Orientation on Sunday, August 26.
Application for Initial I-20 due May 20
The Application for Initial I-20 must be completed by all international students who will attend Colgate University in F-1 (student) visa status. Complete the Application for Initial I-20 by May 20. To complete the form you will need electronic copies of the following documents:

- Copy of biographical page(s) of passport
- Financial documentation as noted in "Section II: Source and Amount of Funding" of the form
- Completed Sponsor’s Affidavit and Bank Official Certification Statement 2018 (if required in "Section II: Source and Amount of Funding")
