Robert A. Fox '59 Leadership Institute

The Leadership Institute challenges our students to be intentional in the analysis and development of the behaviors and processes that motivate change.

The Institute was designed initially as a training program for students holding leadership positions on campus. Recently, Colgate students have expressed a need for opportunities to build critical leadership skills beyond designated positions. Now, through the Fox Leadership Institute, students can work closely with mentors to develop ideas and guide their development from conception to completion.
