'Gate Fitness classes are tailored towards all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced — everybody fits!

Develop strength, lean body mass, balance, and coordination with this group weight training class. Participants will engage in a full body lifting routine, 2 days a week that is progressively challenging. You will learn the fundamentals of weight training and learn proper form and movement that you will be able to take with you to weight train independently. This is a great class for people looking to start exercising.

Get drenched in sweat and burn lots of calories with this high intensity conditioning class. You will push your mind and body with a class that incorporates body weight strength, plyometrics, and high intensity cardio interval training. This class is for those looking to get challenged, work hard, and who have a good level of fitness. This class is not for beginners or individuals with knee, hip or ankle mobility issues. Bring a water bottle and comfortable shoes.
Class is limited to 30 participants.

Zumba is a fun, exciting dance/fitness class that is probably different than any other exercise class you’ve ever attended. It’s influenced by Latin music and easy-to-follow moves. The routines feature interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms designed to tone and sculpt your body. And now we are offering it in the WATER too! Try Aqua Zumba and get the same great Zumba workout but in the pool!

Turbo Kick is a fun and intense cardiovascular workout, featuring a combination of kickboxing and dance moves choreographed to high energy music. Each workout includes a warm-up, easy to follow kick-boxing combinations, higher paced intervals, and a recovery/cool-down period. All fitness levels welcome, no previous kickboxing experience or equipment necessary, and moves can be modified for those with injuries.

Appropriate for the beginner who wants to build a strong foundation of basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques, as well as for the practitioner who wants to refine and master the fundamentals. It is an invitation to stretch, relax, unwind, de-stress.
