Sean Boise

Sean is currently a student at Morrisville State College just down the road from Colgate where he is majoring in Sports Nutrition and Fitness Management. While playing basketball for Morrisville State, he realized the importance of working out and having a active life style.

Sean is a certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise and is always looking to expand his knowledge in the fitness field. His easy going personality is comforting for beginners but can also motivate the experienced fitness enthusiast. Sean believes that being healthy and fit should be a life style not just a goal.

Becky Gough

Becky Gough has been an advocate of the fitness industry for the last decade.  Passionate about cardio and her philosophy that "fitness is fun," Becky will "enter-train" you through some tough workouts! 

Certified through AFAA and Mad Dogg Athletics (Spinning), she continues to be a student herself to make sure her classes and clients stay both challenging and motivating.  Previous gym owner, marathoner, triathlete, figure competitor, she has tried it all, at least once! Recently relocated from Newport, Rhode Island where she had been a full-time Personal Trainer, Becky is excited to continue to do what she loves in the Colgate community.   Inspired by the contagious, positive energy at Colgate, She is thrilled to be part of the new Personal Training program now offered. 

"You are only as good as the people you train with," one of Becky's favorite philosophies!   Is it time to up your level?


Katie Kammerdiener

Katie is the Assistant Director of Recreation and works primarily with club sports, intramurals, and recreational facilities on campus. She graduated from Colgate in 2010 and was a four year member of the women's basketball team.

Katie has always led an active lifestyle, and enjoys finding ways to incorporate physical activity into everyday. She is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and enjoys helping others find ways to build healthy habits into their daily lives. Her goal as a trainer is to empower and help others build confidence by learning safe, effective and sustainable practices to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Krista Patronick

Krista’s personal journey with weight loss led her to become a personal trainer in 2016. Having lost 75lbs (after gaining the freshman 15 and more), she brings a sense of understanding to clients who are trying to live healthier lives. Krista aims to help clients with the mental, emotional and social struggles in weight loss in addition to delivering effective workouts.

An avid runner and hockey player, Krista has run three marathons and a number of half marathons. Krista enjoys training everyone from those experiencing weight issues, athletes to the elderly. She believes in catering workouts to each client, no matter where their starting point may be. She believes fitness can make anyone a happier person inside and out.  Krista is certified through ACE and NETA.

Carol holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland and is a Certified AFAA Personal Trainer. As a lifetime exercise enthusiast, she enjoys using the knowledge she has gained to assist others in designing a safe and effective fitness program created uniquely for each client.

Carol's philosophy - Using Passion, Purpose, Caring, and Coaching to Impact those she works with through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility, and resistance exercises.
