Classes and Outings

Whether you’re into rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, shredding fresh powder in perfect telemark stance, or looking to learn all of the above, we’re here for you. Get up, and get outside!
Nick Knoke '16 captured the spirit of a hike in the Adirondacks.

Backyard Adventures

Outdoor Ed is thrilled to be able to offer Backyard Adventures for faculty, staff, students, and community members. These outings will help participants meet new people and build new skills while adventuring in and exploring the local area.

Children less than 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. All outings are free unless indicated otherwise. These outings count towards PE PASSPORT credit.

Fall 2016

The schedule for fall 2016 Backyard Adventures will be shared here when it is available.
