Wellness Wednesdays

The Shaw Wellness Institute sponsors Wellness Wednesday events throughout the semester involving different dimensions each week. 

Free and open to the Colgate community, the Shaw Wellness Institute sponsors Wellness Wednesday events.  On Wednesdays throughout the semester, a different wellness-related workshops will be available, ranging from Zen Meditation to Vegan cooking and more.

Current Wellness Wednesday Events:

  • Pranayama (yogic breathing)
  • Zen Meditation
  • Ayurveda and Kirtan (traditional Indian medicine and devotional chanting)
  • Vegan Cooking
  • Back Health Workshop
  • Massage and Self Care
