Overview of Reunion Packages
In an effort to provide arrival flexibility, we have created three Reunion packages to best suit your needs. Whether you're arriving on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, each package is all-inclusive, meaning costs related to meals, alcohol, activities, class events, souvenirs, tent entertainment, and more are included in one, per-person fee. We hope that these new packages encourage you to join us for the events you can attend during the weekend. On-campus housing is available for purchase with any of the packages for the low rate of $35 per person per night.
When you arrive on campus in May, please stop in Reunion Headquarters located in Donovan's Pub (in the Student Union) to pick up your registration packet and housing assignment. We look forward to seeing you there!
See the estimated fees for your class (login is required). Refunds are available until May 22, 2013. Two small deductions are non-refundable: the $13 gift to Colgate included in the registration and a $15 processing fee.

Friday-Only Package, May 31
Perfect for alumni arriving anytime on Thursday or early Friday morning with plans to leave after breakfast on Saturday morning.
Friday evening on-campus housing available.
Arriving Thursday or anytime Friday and departing before 10 a.m. Saturday

- All programming on Thursday (no meals served on Thursday)
- Breakfast in Frank Dining Hall (Friday and Saturday)
- BBQ lunch and dinner on Whitnall Field

- Reunion College classes
- Torchlight processional
- Traditional bonfire and fireworks
- Entertainment in class tent
- Transportation around campus and in the village

Saturday-Only Package, June 1
Perfect for alumni who only plan to be on campus on Saturday.
Saturday evening on-campus housing available.
Arriving after 9 p.m. Friday or anytime on Saturday and departing before noon on Sunday
Includes:
- Breakfast in Frank Dining Hall (Saturday and Sunday)
- Formal class cocktail hour and banquet
- Beer and wine in class tent
- All-Class parade
- Reunion College classes
- Affinity group and fraternity/sorority meetings
- All-Class party band on Whitnall Field
- Transportation around campus and in the village
- Reunion souvenir
- $13 gift to support the Colgate Unrestricted Annual Fund

Full Reunion Package, May 30 - June 2
Planning to attend everything? Our full package covers all meals, events, and expenses for the entire event.
