Undergraduate Philanthropy Council

The Undergraduate Philanthropy Council was created to educate Colgate students about the Annual Fund. Did you know that tuition only covers two-thirds of what it actually costs to attend Colgate for a year?

Gifts from Alumni, Parents, and Friends of the university cover the remaining one-third of the cost. Without the generosity of Alumni, Parents, and Friends the Ho Science Center, Trudy Fitness Center, and Global Leaders Lecture series would not exist at Colgate. The Undergraduate Philanthropy Council holds various events through the academic year aimed at better educating current students about the Annual Fund and the importance of giving back to Colgate.

Honor the alumni who have come before you to make your Colgate experience possible by taking part in the tradition of giving back today. Pay it forward to the next generation of Raiders by making a gift to the Annual Fund today. You can make a gift of any amount to any area of campus.
