Summer Research in Biology

Current students may apply for paid summer research positions in biology faculty members' labs. 


You may only work in a single lab during the summer, but you may apply to as many as three. To apply to multiple labs, you must submit multiple, complete applications.

Key Information

Summer researchers typically work the maximum of 10 summer weeks between June, July, and early August. During this time, you will receive a stipend of $425 per week.

You are responsible for coordinating your own housing. The Office of Residential Life provides information about coordinating summer housing for the summer either on or off campus. LEARN MORE
